  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dill relish or pickles chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the Burger Bowl

  • 3 cup leaf lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cucumber sliced

  4. Divide the chopped lettuce among serving bowls. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, sliced cucumber, and baby pickle slices.
  5. Divide the cooked ground beef among the bowls. Drizzle with secret sauce or serve it on the side. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Prepare the sauce and vegetables ahead, but assemble the bowls just before serving to keep the lettuce crisp.
  • Store the cooked beef, vegetables, and sauce separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
  • Use dill relish or chopped pickles according to your preferred texture and pickle flavor.
